Great news. Learning how to meditate is easy. The wonderful thing about meditation is that you don’t need any special clothing or gear to do it. You’re free to dress as you please. You can meditate anywhere and at anytime.

This ‘portability’ makes meditation a huge plus when it comes  to getting the results you’re looking for. Meditation is terrific for releasing stress and anxiety, getting calm and centered, tapping into your creativity, accessing your higher self, getting mindful and aware, and for getting quiet and still.

So the first thing to ask yourself is, “Why do I want to meditate?” It’s important to get clear about your reason for meditating. The more clear you are, the greater and faster your results. A goal or intent, no matter how small or big, is crucial for results. You can have many reasons for meditating. When you meditate, though, it’s best to keep your focus on one goal or intent at a time.
